How soon before my trip should I order my Elsewhere travel kit?

Standard ground shipping is included with your kit, so we encourage customers to place their orders a week before they depart. But we understand plans may change or trips pop up at the last minute. If needed, we also offer expedited shipping and suggest placing orders no later than three days in advance of leaving.

How does Elsewhere choose the products and brands it offers?

We choose brands that allow us to deliver both quality and convenience without breaking the bank. If you have a suggestion for a product or a brand you love, we'd love to hear it! Use the contact form on the website or send us an email directly. 

Does Elsewhere ship internationally?

Yes. For international inquiries, please contact us through the website or send us an email.

I'm leaving for my trip before my order would arrive. Can I ship my order to my hotel or Airbnb?

Yes, we deliver to hotels and vacation rentals. Before using your final location as your shipping address, we ask you to contact a representative at destination address to ensure there is a way to receive packages. Keep in mind, some hotels charge a fee for receiving packages on a visitor's behalf. If being shipped to a vacation rental, inquire with the owner if packages can be delivered without a signature and left in a secure location.   

Are Elsewhere tubes recyclable?

Yes, Elsewhere tubes are made from 99.8% pure aluminum alloy. This pure single material means it can be recycled at the end of its useful life.

For the plastic cap, ask your local recycling program whether caps are accepted before trying to recycle them with the tube. Some programs will ask you to leave caps on, some accept caps but want them separated, and some will ask you to throw caps away.

What is your return/refund policy?

Since each Elsewhere kit is customized for your travel and beauty needs, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s any reason you’re unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email with your order number and we’ll work on issuing your account a credit or refunding your original form of payment.

What if I don't like the products?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your Elsewhere kit. Please send us an email with your order number and we’ll work on issuing your account a credit or refunding your original form of payment.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry! Please let us know right away if anything is wrong with your order. You can contact us through the website or send us an email, and from there we'll work to refund your order or have a replacement sent to you. 

Are Elsewhere kits available in retail stores?

At this time, Elsewhere kits are only available for online purchase through our website.

Does Elsewhere sell products wholesale?
